Exchange:

RS(T) and serial number starting with 001 (Brazilian stations send RS(T) and
two-letter designator of their state)

Multiplier:

count 1 per band for each DXCC country (Brazil does not count for country)
and each Brazilian state

Points:
-------
contacts between stations on different continents are worth 3 points on 
20/15/10m bands and 6 points on the 160/80/40m bands. Stations on same 
continent but different country count 2 points on 20/15/10m bands and 4
points on the 160/80/40m bands. Contacts between stations in the same country
are worth 1 point on 20/15/10m bans and 2 points on 160/80/40m bands

Final Score:

multiply total QSO points by the sum of all multipliers worked on each band
for final score
