SEANET World Wide DX Contest

Aims:

the Radio Amateur Society of Thailand (RAST) invites worldwide participation
in this year's "SEANET 95" contest to all radio amateur operators to 
publicise the holding of the 23rd Annual Seanet Convention in the beautiful
island of Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand, on the 17th, 18th & 19th
November 1995 (Friday to Sunday) in the spirit of ..."World-Wide Friendship
of Ham Radio"

RST/RS report plus serial numbers starting with 001 and increased by one for
each successive contact.

Multipliers:
------------
OUTSIDE SEANET AREA stations will contact SEANET AREA STATIONS only
i.e. A4, A5, A6, A7, A9, AP, BV, BY/BZ, DU, EP, HL, HS/E21, 
all the Japan call areas, JD1, JY, KH2, P29, S21, S79, VK, VQ9, 
VS6/VR2, VU, V85, XU, XV/3W, XW, XX9, YB/YC/YD/YE, ZK, ZL/ZM,
3B6/3B7/3B8/3B9, 4S7, 4X/4Z, 8Q7, 9K, 9M2, 9M6, 9M8, 9N1 and 9V1.

SEANET AREA stations will contact all areas of the world including
the SEANET area stations.

Points:
------- 
1 qso point for each contact and 3 multiplier points for each country
worked. Contact with own country have multiplier points

Restrictions:
------------- 
contacts on cross modes or cross bands or mixed cw/ssb logs will be 
disqualified. Operators are not allowed to transmit two or more signals at
the same time on the same band. Only one contact per band with the same
station will be counted. Contest numbers should begin with 001 on each
different band. All entries in violation of the contest rules, incorrect
statements in the submitted reports, taking points from duplicate contacts,
and practices against the brotherhood of amateur radio will be disqualified.
The decision of the SEANET Contest Committee shall be final

Logs:

all entries must be in the form of logs and summary sheets showing claimed
scores band by band plus the total score claimed must be signed by the
operator(s). Results will be announced at the SEANET 1995 Convention in
Koh Samui, Kingdom of Thailand on 18th November 1995. If you require a 
result slip be sent to you, please enclose 3 irc's together with your entry
