Final Score:

multiply QSO points by the number of states/provinces/countries worked per 
band. Multiply total by 1.25 for homebrew RX or TX. Multiply total points by
1.5 for homebrew XCVR or TX7RX combination. Commercially available kits are not eligible

scoring, operating class, and equipment used, plus the usal signed
declarition
