    Added a new project to create a PDF driver for Xprint.

  • 27 February 2003: Added new project GISWxprint
    Added a new project to provide an easy-to-install Solaris package to make Xprint available for Mozilla/Eclipse/etc. on this platform using the Xprt server build from xprint.mozdev.org sources.

  • 8 February 2003: xprint.mozdev.org server code now working on AIX
    Starting with the work in bug 3057 xprint.mozdev.org's server now works on the AIX/PPC platform ; tar.gz tarballs for AIX will follow soon...

    The machine which hosts the FAQ and the download area will be down from 9.30AM-2.00PM MET due maintaince on the powergrid in our lab.

    Xprint version 007 has been released.

  • 26 November 2002: New page layout and new FAQ version
    xprint.mozdev.org got an all-new page layout and a new version of the Xprint FAQ has been uploaded, too.

  • 19 November 2002: Mozilla's Xprint module project page is "up"
    The first raw version of Mozilla's Xprint module project page was uploaded today...

  • 16 October 2002: 1st stage of TrueType font support added to Xprint
    First stage of TrueType font support for Xprt has been added to the 008 development (e.g. release 007 will not contain this feature) trunk with bug 1439. This step added a generic TrueType rasterizer, providing TTF support for all DDX(=drivers; incl. PostScript, PCL, Raster, etc.) in one step.

  • 22 September 2002: Debian ships 007 release package
    Debian has released it's Xprint package (*.deb) based on the 007 release branch.

  • 21 August 2002: 007 release branch created
    The release 007 branch has been created (e.g. 007 has not been released yet, but we are close...).
    Note that the release branch will take only bug fixes and no new features.
