NETMGR version 1.02

First release - no special notes

NETMGR version 1.2

1. Added file saved status exit protection to prevent accidental loss of
changes to MAP files upon exit, load of different map and map
    initialization.

2. Added a userport check box so the primary site userport can be identified
and displayed in the caption for the site.

3. The site label was increased to 3 lines so it will now show site
name as well as the userport callsign and userport address if a
    userport has been specified.

4. Added drag/drop move capability for site movement.

5. Added drag/drop move capability for site labels. This allows the site
label to be relitive to the site icon. This allows the label to be
moved so that does not overlap any other site/labels or links.

6. Data structures added to the MAP files. NETMGR will still load version
1.02 map files and save them in the new format. Included in the data
structures now is the site userport flag. When loading old MAP files
the site userports will be set to none of the switches

NETMGR version 1.3

1. Added the capability to of having a digi on a link

2. Added basic support for non-local DNICs. Previously DNICs were ignored

3. Fixed a bug where deleting a link would cause the Q-factors to shift to different
links when the link database was compressed.

4. Fixed a bug which would cause the site userport info to disappear from the
map display when the site information was updated although the information was
    not changed.

5. Improved .CNF build effeciency slightly. Even with DNIC support builds seem
slightly faster. (I am sure nobody really has any complaints about build speed
compared to the alternatives, this is just a freebe)

6. Fixed a bug where deleting a site would result in site userport and site build
    flags to get corrupted.

7. Improved routing table build routine such that link draw direction is now the most
significant factor in resolving equal q-factor paths. Previously order of path
entry into the database was the most significant factor.

8. Added capability to define a site Q-factor for matrix links.
